Terms and Conditions – Thirumuruga Broadband

Application Approval

• Thirumuruga Broadband shall have the sole discretion to accept or reject any application for its services without assigning any reason. In case of rejection, the collected deposit amount shall be refunded to the applicant.

Use and Care of Devices

• The user agrees that all devices provided by Thirumuruga Broadband are strictly for the purpose of availing the broadband services. The user shall take full responsibility for maintaining and safeguarding the devices during the entire period of the agreement.
• In case of willful default, transfer, relocation, or damage caused to the devices installed by Thirumuruga Broadband, the user agrees to reimburse the cost or forfeit the deposit amount.

Lawful Usage

• The user agrees to use the broadband services provided by Thirumuruga Broadband, its partners, or contracted companies strictly for lawful purposes only.

Communication Consent

• The user agrees to receive calls on the phone number shared during registration. Such calls may be made through third-party communication platforms.

Tariffs and Plans

• Thirumuruga Broadband reserves the right to modify, revise, or introduce new tariffs and service plans at its sole discretion from time to time. Users are advised to regularly check for updates or amendments.

Service Suspension or Discontinuation

• Thirumuruga Broadband reserves the right to suspend or discontinue its services by providing reasonable notice to the user.
